Casino Master

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 May 2026. This policy explains how Casino Master collects and uses personal information.

1. Who we are

Casino Master ("we," "us," or "the site") is an independent online casino review and comparison directory. We do not operate casinos and do not accept wagers. This policy applies to information collected at casinomaster.cc and any subdomains.

2. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information.

  • Information you provide directly — name and email address when you contact us, subscribe to a newsletter, or submit a tip to the editorial team.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and similar standard analytics data. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use the information

  • To operate and improve the site, including measuring traffic and understanding which content is useful.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To send newsletters or editorial updates if you have explicitly opted in.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to remember preferences, measure aggregate site usage, and support affiliate tracking. Analytics tools used on this site may include privacy-respecting providers (e.g. Plausible, Cloudflare Web Analytics) and standard Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.

5. Affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link to a casino operator, a tracking cookie may be set by that operator's affiliate network. We do not control these cookies. We receive a commission if you subsequently register and deposit. We do not receive your personal information from the operator. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that operate site infrastructure (hosting, email, analytics) under contractual confidentiality.
  • Law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
  • Successors in the event of a business transfer, subject to this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services described above and to comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not used to identify individual visitors.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EU/UK residents and PDPA for Malaysian residents), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@casinomaster.cc.

9. International transfers

The site is hosted on globally distributed infrastructure. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have different data-protection standards.

10. Children

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. The "effective date" at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

12. Contact
